Why We Built This Site
Georgia gives the public broad access to many court and public records, including under the Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. 50-18-70. The hard part is figuring out which Rockdale County office holds the file you want. The Clerk of Superior and State Courts handles many Superior Court and State Court records at the Rockdale County Courthouse, 922 Court Street NE in Conyers. Magistrate Court and Probate Court are at 874 North Main Street NW. The Sheriff's Office at 911 Chambers Drive NW and the jail at 2385 Sigman Industrial Court handle law-enforcement and custody records.
